Location near the festival and the business center. For tea or coffee visit Donut Connection nearby. New-fashioned room with a whirlpool tub, a jacuzzi tub plus a massage chair for 20 minutes and nice hot and delicious breakfast to start the day.

I appreciated that the hotel was just under 2 km from Huber Park, where I enjoyed the beautiful views and trails, and it was also only about 2.5 km from the Landing-Minnesota River Heritage Park, perfect for a family outing in nature.

The breakfast options were decent, especially the coffee and fresh waffles. I ran into a few issues. The hot tub was closed , and that was a letdown since I was looking forward to using it. The room had a musty smell that lingered despite keeping the air conditioning on. Some amenities like the smoke alarm were either broken or hanging loosely, concerning. Not to mention the overall cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom had a light bulb out, and there were signs of wear and tear. Staff members were friendly, but there seemed to be inconsistencies in service. It would help to have better maintenance support on-site to address issues promptly. Breakfast hours felt short.
